Baked Pumpkin Spiced Oats!

Our organic ginger powder is an excellent anti-inflammatory and also great for gut-health! It works great in everything, including sweet & savoury items. This pumpkin spiced oats is great for the colder months & the perfect halloween treat!


2/3 cup fine oats
2 tablespoons Tiger nut flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2-1 teaspoon organic ginger powder 
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon baking powder
Add to dry ingredients
1 cup plant based milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
Handful of chopped walnuts and chocolate chips

Bake at 180C for 35 minutes

Served with vanilla coconut yoghurt
