Moringa Energy Bites

For this you will need

  • 2 cups of pitted dates
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of Dhow Nature Foods Moringa Powder
  • Half cup of mix dry fruits (Almonds. Cashew nuts, pistachio if you prefer dried mangoes, pineapples)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ghee (Clarified Butter) – (Optional)
  • Shredded Coconut for Garnish.

Method

So first we want to melt the pitted dates, for that you will heat up a pan and melt them. You can first add ghee (clarified butter) and then add the dates, but if you do not want you use ghee, that’s not a problem, the dates tend to melt in slow flame heat.

Next goes in our Moringa Powder, along with that all the dried fruits of your choice, and simply mix all the ingredients together, for 2 to 3 minutes.

You can turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down for 2-3 minutes and start rolling them or just spread the mixture in tray, garnish with coconut if you like then let it cool down before cutting them in your desired shape.
